They are an Australian-owned, family-run business that commits to providing a superior, personalised service to practices and teams.
The Project
Challenges and Goals
The AHP Dental & Medical team first approached Convert Digital with a WordPress site that acted simply as a catalogue, with no ecommerce functionality. Their main requirement was a fully transactional site with the ability for users to login to an account to see specific prices and offers, including tiered pricing, based on their customer profile. They also required the ability for customers to view and pay invoices directly within the website, allowing different payment terms depending on the customer level (i.e. credit terms and payment method). Another major issue that required resolving was the fact that their main source of truth for pricing and product inventory, MYOB, was not integrated into their existing site.
Replatforming from WordPress to BigCommerce
Convert Digital worked with the AHP Dental & Medical team to confront these challenges head-on with the design and development of a brand new site using BigCommerce’s B2B Edition. The resulting site features:
• Streamlined user experience
• Smart search and filters using Searchanaise
• MYOB integration including inventory, product and pricing
• A new invoice portal with a registration form linked to MYOB
• The addition of Addressify to checkout and account pages as a bonus UX feature
• Custom pricing display for specific companies
• Product deal setup for bulk purchase discounts, integrated with MYOB Backorder functionality, allowing customers to order out-of-stock products that are then quickly sourced and delivered on demand
