eCommerce Account Executive

We are on the hunt for an eCommerce Account Executive who has a great attitude, is eager to learn and join a Client Success team that is driven to achieving their clients eCommerce goals. The role is genuinely diverse, aligning with an Account Manager to delivery quality solutions for clients, whilst exposing yourself to a wide range of functions in the business. Surrounded by awesome people, we need someone with passion, an eye for detail and is driven to succeed.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in website development, an eagerness to maintain client satisfaction and exceptional accounbtabilty for delivery. You will be a key player, working with the Client Success team to drive our clients’ online growth.

About the role
Manage a group of clients online stores focussing on roadmap development
Work with Account Manager’s to deliver considered solutions and drive online growth/li>
Field incoming client requests and brief into the relevant resource as a feature request, bug report or other
Manage the progress and completion of tasks from the assigned resource
Test the completed task in line with clients required outcome and acceptance criteria
Keep client up to speed with progress
Ideally you…
Have had exposure to Shopify, Magento or BigCommerce
Are interested in eCommerce or enjoy online shopping
Don’t take yourself too seriously!
Present solutions, not problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Thrive on working in a team environment
Love process 😉
Enjoy working closely with internal and external resources or partners to ensure all client requests are completed in a timely manner
Enjoy end-to-end account ownership managing budget, timeline and deliverables
Manage the team status reports and update them on a regular basis
Experience
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant work experience (retailer or agency side)
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail etc)
Can pickup platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Zendesk, Jira etc with ease
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
